Manufacturing

A real production line. Not a workshop.

High-pressure casting, gas-fired kilns and automated handling — engineered to deliver 2,000 finished pieces a day at consistent, repeatable quality.

High-pressure slip-casting at Chengda — liquid clay formed in pressure moulds
6lines

High-pressure casting

Six high-pressure casting lines form each body under pressure — denser china, tighter tolerances and far more consistency than hand-poured moulds.

Gas-fired tunnel kilns

Automated lines

Automated handling carries ware from casting to drying, glazing and firing — keeping output high and every batch to the same standard.

High-pressure moulding

Formed under pressure.

The body of every piece is cast in a high-pressure mould — slip forced into the cavity under pressure, then released in minutes instead of hours.

The result is a denser, stronger china with sharper edges, tighter tolerances and batch-after-batch consistency a gravity mould can't match.

In-house tooling

Our own mould shop.

Before a single piece is cast, its mould is built in our own tooling workshop — plaster and resin moulds shaped in-house, never outsourced.

Years of mould-making let us turn your drawing or sample into a production-ready high-pressure mould — and we've done it for more than 1,000 customers.

The Making

From clay to finished piece.

Every piece passes through the same nine stages — high-pressure cast, fired in gas kilns, inspected by hand.

01 · Body

Clay & slip

Mineral clays are blended and milled into liquid slip — the starting point of every piece.

02 · Casting

High-pressure casting

Slip is forced into pressure moulds — a denser, more consistent body than gravity casting.

03 · Drying

Controlled drying

Greenware rests and dries on automated racks, releasing moisture without stress or warping.

04 · Finishing

Hand finishing

Seams trimmed, edges softened, every curve checked against the light by hand.

05 · Glazing

Glazing

An even coat of glaze is applied — the future surface, colour and feel of the piece.

06 · Firing

Gas-kiln firing

Gas-fired tunnel kilns vitrify clay and glaze at 1,250 °C into one dense, non-porous body.

07 · Inspection

Inspection

Dimensions, glaze and surface checked against tolerance. Anything short is set aside.

08 · Packing

Protective packing

Foam, fitted cartons and your labels — engineered to survive the longest container route.

09 · Loading

Container loading

Optimised loading plans, FOB to DDP, with freight partners across five continents.

1,250 °C · Gas-fired vitrification

Two kilns. Firing around the clock.

Loaded kiln cars run through two large gas-fired tunnel kilns at up to 1,250 °C, vitrifying clay and glaze into one dense, non-porous body.

The firing never stops — day and night, batch after batch — so output stays high and every piece leaves the kiln to the same standard.

Quality control

A habit, not a checkpoint.

Every piece is checked for dimensions, glaze and surface before it's packed — anything outside tolerance is pulled off the line.

The real product is repeatability — the same dimensions, glaze and surface, container after container.
