What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Standard catalog models: 100 pieces minimum. OEM/ODM with custom tooling: 200 pieces minimum. We also accept smaller trial orders for new partners — please contact our sales team to discuss.

What is the lead time for OEM/ODM orders?
45 – 60 days for standard models from order confirmation to ready-to-ship. OEM with new mould tooling adds an extra 15 – 30 days for sample production and approval before mass production starts.

Do you provide samples?
Yes. Standard catalog samples ship within 7 – 10 days. Sample fee is charged at unit cost plus freight, and is credited back against your first bulk order. Custom OEM samples take 25 – 35 days and require tooling-fee deposit.

What certifications does Chengda hold?
CUPC (cUPC, for North American market access) and ISO 9001 quality management system. Additional regional certifications such as WaterMark (Australia), CE (Europe) and SASO (Saudi Arabia) can be arranged for specific markets on request.

Do you ship internationally? Which Incoterms do you support?
Yes — we export to 50+ countries. FOB Shenzhen, FOB Guangzhou, and CIF named-port are all supported. We handle export documentation, fumigation, palletisation and 20GP / 40HQ container loading.

Can I customise the shape, colour or branding?
Yes. Shape, external dimensions, glaze colour and glaze finish (gloss / matte / textured), inner-bowl geometry, packaging design and brand printing are all customisable. Tooling fees start from approximately USD 3,000 depending on complexity. Custom moulds remain your property.

What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance paid against B/L copy before vessel sails. Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted for orders above USD 50,000. Other terms negotiable for repeat partners.
